CANADA Government
All merchandise sold to canada, must meet the provisions of all Canadian National,
Provincial, and Local Regulations. These include, but are not limited to:
Textile Labeling Act and Textile Labeling and Advertising Regulations, C.R.C., c. 1551
 Hazardous Products Act, Schedule 1, Part 1, Item 4/CAN/CGSB–4.2, No. 27.5
 Health Canada Product Bureau reference manual, Book 5, Part B, method C-02

European Union (EU): Council Directive
All merchandise sold to eu, must meet the European Union (EU):
Council Directive on Textiles;
 Labeling: Labeling of Textile Products (Fiber Composition)- Council Directive on Textile 96/74/EC
Suppliers must provide a continuing guarantee of compliance or test results assuring that requirements of all Local Regulations are met.

China
All merchandise sold to china, must meet the provisions of all China Regulations. These include, but are not limited to:
 China –safety requirement standard for textile products, GB18401
 China –safety requirement standard for Leather and fur products, GB 20400

Japan
All merchandise sold to japan, must meet the provisions of all Japan Regulations.These include, but are not limited to:
 Law for The Control Of Household Products Containing Harmful Substances (Applies to Apparel)

Korea
All merchandise sold to korea, must meet the provisions regulated under Korea’s Self.Regulatory Safety Confirmation Act and Safety Quality Marks Regulations. These include, but are not limited to:
 Safety Requirements for Textile Products (Safety Quality Mark)
Self Regulatory Safety Confirmation Act, Annex 4
Safety Requirements for Leather Products (Safety Quality Mark)
Safety Quality Act, Annex 3
