A garment is defined as “fragile” if this one has some risks to be deteriorated during the transport time (marking, stains…)

The mention “fragile garment” is noted on the order sheet.

Below some examples of “fragile garments”:
- Jackets, coats
- PU garments
- Garments with accessories (belts, buckles, studs).

How to protect a « fragile » product?

- Protect all trims of the garment (zip, buttons …) with tissue paper
- Fold only the sleeves
- Put the garment in an individual transparent plastic bag and well closed (thickness > 15 m)
